You can search availability, book and make payment for the rental online. At checkout, you may select courier or self-collect as well as the timings.
The refundable security deposit is collected only when rental starts. The amount ranges from $50 to $200 per item. This is shown in item listings and also the confirmation emails.
Normal courier is $10 per trip per item. This is for next-day delivery with time slots as follows:
The courier may arrive anytime within the selected slot. If you require delivery at a more specific timing (1-hour slot) or same-day delivery, you may select express delivery at $20 per trip per item.

The deposit will be refunded when the items are returned without damages (normal wear and tear is ok!). The mode of return will be the same as the mode of payment i.e. credit card or PayNow.
If the items are lost or damaged, the replacement or repair cost will be subtracted from the deposit. We will send a receipt upon request.
Do inform us 48 hours in advance if you require an extension. This is upon approval and the average daily rate will be charged if bookings are not affected.
If the items are returned late without notice, each late day will be charged 2 times the daily rate.
Yes, you may cancel the booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. A full refund will be given, minus an administrative charge of 5% or $5, whichever is higher.
There will be no administrative charge if you choose to reschedule the booking and update when the new dates are confirmed.
Cancellations within 48 hours and before the booking starts: 25% of booking fee
Cancellations after booking starts: 50% of booking fee
We clean and sanitise all rental items before each rental, and also check for damages or loose items. All fabrics are laundered or steam cleaned, while hard surfaces are wiped down with baby-safe sanitising solution.
