We offer short and medium-term rentals in Singapore, with options for self-collection (which is free) or doorstep delivery at a cost depending on the size of the item. Read our rental policy here.

  • The rental fee is charged on a daily basis, and includes the collection and return dates. We have discounts for longer rentals – select the dates to see the updated total cost.
  • A security deposit is payable when the item(s) are received by you and checked to be in good condition. This amount varies depending on item value, and is refunded when the items are returned in good condition.
  • If you opt for delivery, a courier fee is charged depending on the size and weight of the item, which is calculated during checkout. Self-collection is free.
  • For rentals fewer than 4 days, a cleaning fee is charged as we thoroughly clean items no matter how short the rental! 

We clean after every rental – all parts are sanitised with high-pressure steam and spot-cleaned with baby-safe organic disinfectant. Drool pads are laundered after every rental. Once a month, fabrics are deep cleaned the old-fashioned way – soaked, scrubbed, machine-washed if possible and sunned to keep that fresh smell we all love! 

All our equipment are in good to excellent used condition, and renewed on a regular basis. They are also cleaned and sanitised before each rental.

All our items are rented in excellent condition, and should be returned without tears (for fabrics) and with all parts functioning (no chips or cracks). Missing or damaged items will have to be replaced and billed to the renter – a receipt will be provided as proof of the cost of replacement upon request, but our bill is to be taken as final. 

Normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches and stains are ok, but we hope you’ll take good care of the equipment for the next baby to enjoy!

Yes you may, up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. Cancellations within 48 hours but before the start of the rental will be charged 20% of the rental unless there are mitigating circumstances. 

Refunds will not be given for orders once rental has started or the equipment has been collected, whichever is earlier. However, should you find a defect in the equipment upon delivery, you may reject the item and receive a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Early returns will be charged 50% of the unused period based on the average daily rental rate.

Yes you may as long as 48 hours’ notice is given. If the booking was eligible for an advanced booking discount and the new date does not qualify, the difference will have to be topped up.

You may extend with at least 24 hours’ notice and on condition that there are no conflicting rentals. The additional days will be charged the average daily rate of the existing rental.

Late returns without prior notice will be charged 2 times the average rental rate per late day, subject to this not affecting another rental. If the late return results in an order being cancelled, a penalty of $50 on top of the late return fee will be imposed.
